COMPLETE PRE-REQUISITES BY OCTOBER 10 TH

To qualify: watch 4 nutrition channel videos via learning genie and complete survey or watch 2 nutrition channel videos via learning genie and complete survey + attend 1 nutrition presentation

Pre-requisites must be complete before October 10 th. Notify family advocate or site supervisor once pre-requisites have been met. Participants will be selected on a first come first serve basis and notified by Oct. 13 th. Participants may only attend one cooking class per school year.
