Early Head Start (0-3 Years)

Beginning Early Head Start is important for your child. Please review the health requirements that your child needs to start in Volunteers of America Early Head Start program.

Following is a list of health requirements needed:

– Immunizations

– TB Clearance

– Current Physical Exam

– Current Dental Exam

– Copy of current insurance card
